Our Process

1. Customization- You can pick from a variety of custom colors to make your home or business look great for the holiday season.

2. Installation- We provide and install the lights that we own, so that they are custom fit to your home. There are no extra lights dangling on the roof to meet another section of the house. We only use techniques that are non-damaging to your home so that water or ice will not cause future damage to your home.

3. Maintenance- All of our work is covered by our maintenance guarantee. If there are any issues with your lighting such as, bulb burned out or lights being knocked by wind off your roof. We will be out within 24 hours to assess and fix.

4. Takedown- We offer prompt takedown of all lighting once the season is over. Typically, we start around January 10th and have lights down before January 31st unless requested otherwise.

5. Storage- We will inspect all lighting upon takedown and put the lights away for storage so that they are ready for you in following years. This allows for customization year to year with lighting colors if desired.
